Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days from purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging.
Personalized items and sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
